DRUG CLASS: Methylcobalamin ( Vitamin B12), Benfotiamine – Its also called Lab version of Vitamin B1, ALA – an antioxidant , Inositol and Pyridoxine( vitamin b6- water soluble vitamin) & Folic acid ( Vitamin B 9)
MECHANISM OF ACTION: Mecobalamin works by functioning in the production of a material called myelin, which covers and protects nerve fibers.
Benfotiamine – Its also called Lab version of Vitamin B1 -benfotiamine used for nerve damage caused by diabetes (diabetic neuropathy). It is also used for alcohol use disorder, Alzheimer disease, arthritis.
ALA ( Alpha lipoic acid ) is an antioxidant.. ALA is a naturally occurring compound that's made in the body. It serves vital functions at the cellular level, such as energy production. ALA protects against damage to the body's cells
INOSITOL : Inositol might balance certain chemicals in the body to help with mental conditions such as panic disorder, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. It might also help insulin work better
Pyridoxine ( Vitamin B6) - helps in the reconstruction and protection of damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin
