DRUG CLASS: Methylcobalamin ( Vitamin B12), ALA – an antioxidant +Folic Acid ( vitamin B9) , Pyridoxine( vitamin b6- water soluble vitamin)  and Vitamin D3 ( fat soluble vitamin)

MECHANISM OF ACTION: Methylcobalamin works by functioning in the production of a material called myelin, which covers and protects nerve fibers. 

Folic acid : Its also called Vitamin B9 - helps in providing essential nutrients to the nerves

Pyridoxine ( Vitamin B6) - helps in the reconstruction and protection of damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin

ALA ( Alpha lipoic acid ) is an antioxidant.. ALA is a naturally occurring compound that's made in the body. It serves vital functions at the cellular level, such as energy production. ALA   protects against damage to the body's cells.

Vitamin D3 –Is a fat soluble Vitamin - Has been shown to reduce nerve demyelination and improve axonal regeneration
