DRUG CLASS:  Multivitamin and minerals

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

CALCIUM CITRATE : It may be used to treat conditions caused by low calcium levels such as bone loss (osteoporosis), weak bones (osteomalacia/rickets), decreased activity of the parathyroid gland (hypoparathyroidism)

EPA- Omega-3 fatty acids are part of a healthy diet that helps lower risk of heart disease. Getting more EPA in your diet has positive effects on coronary heart disease, high triglycerides (fats in the blood), high blood pressure, and inflammation.

DHA- Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is an omega-3 fatty acid that is found along with eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) in cold-water fish, including tuna and salmon.

DHA  is used for high levels of cholesterol or other fats in the blood. It is also used for boosting memory and thinking skills, for helping infant and child development, for certain eye disorders

LYCOPENE- Lycopene suggested uses include for cancer, preventing atherosclerosis, cardiovascular disease, prostate cancer, human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, cataracts, asthma, antioxidant, and as an anti-inflammatory.

METHYLCOBALAMIN- works by functioning in the production of a material called myelin, which covers and protects nerve fibers.

L-METHYLFOLATE- Is used to treat or prevent low folate levels. Low folate levels can lead to certain types of anemia. Conditions that can cause low folate levels include poor diet, pregnancy, alcoholism, liver disease, certain stomach/intestinal problems, kidney dialysis, among others.

PYRODOXXAL -5 PHOSPHATE - The active form of vitamin B6 and a coenzyme for many pyridoxal phosphate (PLP)-dependent enzymes,  PLP can be used as a dietary supplement in cases of vitamin B6 deficiency. Reduced levels of PLP in the brain can cause neurological dysfunction.

VITAMIN K2-7 - Vitamin K2-7, also known as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is a form of vitamin K that has health-beneficial effects in osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, inflammation, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes and peripheral neuropathy.1

CALCITROL- Calcitriol is the active form of vitamin D, normally made in the kidney. It is also known as 1,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol. Calcitriol is used to treat and prevent low levels of calcium and bone disease in patients whose kidneys or parathyroid glands (glands in the neck that release natural substances to control the amount of calcium in the blood) are not working normally.

INDICATIONS & DOSAGE:  As Directed by the Physician
